There is no question that your willingness to work with us on customizing the design was a prime reason for the program's success. You did a truly superb job integrating the PowerPoint presentation and helpful handouts into the program design. Of course, having two professional presenters like you and Steve not only made the program effective, it also made it entertaining and fun.

The measurable materials included with the program were the frosting on the cake. The homework responses, self-evaluations, and test score analysis enabled us to work with program participants during the training, and they will be of great help for the future development of our managers.

Unfortunately, all too often new managers "crash and burn" because they are not adequately trained to deal with the important management concepts that will enable them to succeed. Concepts such as nature of authority, delegation, time management, proglem solving, motivation, and decision making can be learned only if the opportunity exists for that to happen. Dear Hal:

I want you know how pleased I am with the training you are providing our staff in Customer Relationship Development. The results we saw from the first round of training during April and May exceeded our expectations. The managers, personal bankers, and lending personnel completed their training during that time. The response from the trainees was so positive we decided to bring the rest of our staff on board during August and September rather than wait until next year. First round participants are sharing their success stories with second round participants. Our goal of extablishing a sales culture at the bank is off to a great start.
